Workforce Development Program Manager

SSS is seeking a Workforce Development Program Manager who will support the 67 CW Chief of Workforce Development, to perform a range of functions to facilitate and support the achievement of the Wing workforce’s professional and personal development mission. The focus of the position is to advance the organization’s mission by enhancing the skills, capabilities, and professional growth of the Wing’s workforce, ensuring alignment with the evolving needs of the Airmen and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability.

Active and current TS/SCI Required

• The contractor shall, in support of the 67 CW Chief of Workforce Development, be responsible for a wide range of management advisory services regarding workforce development.
• The contractor shall advise management on the implications of new policies and procedures from DOD, AF, MAJCOM, NAF, and the Wing, emphasizing professional and personal development for both military and civilian personnel throughout the Wing.
• The contractor shall utilize both quantitative and qualitative analytical techniques, along with a deep understanding of the current organizational climate and program methodologies, to cultivate a clear, achievable, and meaningful professional and personal development culture.
• The contractor shall establish goals for professional and personal development, designed to measure performance and outcomes in a manner that stimulates visionary adaptation of programs, plans, and initiatives.
• The contractor shall, in coordination with the 67 CW Chief of Workforce Development, design and implement programs in response to new or emerging requirements in the realm of professional and personal development.
• The contractor shall plan, coordinate, and oversee professional and personal development, providing comprehensive support to personnel across four Cyber Groups and 18 subordinate Squadrons. Streamlines and assesses program effectiveness, evaluates metrics, and furnishes the necessary data to inform decision-making regarding current or anticipated events and circumstances within the organizational climate.
