Business Intelligence Analyst

Vista Innovative Services, LLC is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to add to our Enterprise Analytics and Systems Support Services (EASSS) team in support of Human Resources Command (HRC) Enterprise Modernization Directorate (EMoD).

Responsibilities Include:

• Analyzes data and processes to provide business intelligence information to management.
• Advises management on the content and interpretation of business data.
• Utilizes software to conduct analyses and manage data processes.
• Recommends alternative data or analysis solutions to management based on available data and business needs. Implements new data or analysis processes based on changing business or industry conditions.
• Responsible to analyze trends and identify outliers that could signal a problem
• Developing and managing business intelligence solutions for the HRC.
• Providing reports through office applications to improve business processes.
• Collaborating with team members for the purpose of collecting data and executing the project requirements.
• Identifying the development needs for the purpose of streamlining and improving the operations of the organization for efficiency and profitability.
• Creating and maintaining documentation that includes the design, requirements, and user manuals for the organization.
• Analyzing requirements and processes and recommending them to the management and executives for implementation.

Qualifications:

• 5-9 years of experience of working on Business Intelligence development tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Secret Clearance
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, listening, and presentation skills.
• Proven problem solving and analytical skills.
