Schedule: 2nd Shift: Monday through Thursday from 12:00pm to 10:00pm

ASCI Federal is currently seeking applicants to be considered for a Safety/Quality Manager role.  The successful candidate will be crucial in ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining high-quality standards outlined in the federal contract. We encourage you to apply if you have a proven track record in safety and quality management. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Safety Oversight: Implement and monitor safety protocols, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and promoting a safety culture within the organization. 
• Quality Assurance: Develop and maintain quality assurance processes to meet or exceed federal contract requirements and industry standards. 
• Training: Conduct safety and quality training programs for employees, emphasizing best practices and adherence to federal contract specifications. 
• Incident Investigation: Lead investigations into safety incidents or quality concerns, identifying root causes and implementing corrective/preventive actions. 
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of safety and quality activities, inspections, and incidents in accordance with federal contract guidelines. 

Minimum Qualifications & Experience: 

• Proven experience in safety and quality management, preferably in a federal contract setting. 
• Knowledge of safety regulations, quality standards, and federal contract compliance requirements. 
• Strong communication and training skills. 
• Attention to detail and ability to implement effective corrective actions. 
• Relevant certifications in safety or quality management are a plus. 
• Must be determined suitable for federal employment. 
• Must meet government requirements to gain access to military installations and systems.
• Must pass confidential level security government check.
