Location: Anchorage, Alaska
ASCI is currently seeking applicants to be considered for a Logistics and Materials Administrator role. This role will be responsible for assisting the Logistics and Materials group with processing invoices, coordinating shipments, and helping to manage Materials Management data throughout construction to ensure readiness at first oil.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Promote and lead in the implementation of policies and procedures, including Safety, health, environment, process, people and planning
- Perform receipts for logistics invoices to facilitate timely processing and payment of invoices.
- Review invoices and validate rates against executed contracts in place. Including auditing of previously paid invoices, clearing backlogs, and identifying issues within the current process.
- Organize Materials Management data that is acquired throughout construction to support catalogue creation, reporting and analytics, inventory valuation and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate and manage shipments. To include processing of Freight Service Requests, communication with carriers, and fielding inquiries from internal stakeholders.
- Become a valuable Source to Pay resource within the logistics team. Propose process improvements and champion system changes in an effort to drive efficiency.
- Manage Purchasing and Contracting documents. (Contracts, Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, and internal governance documents)
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree not required.
- Alaskan Oil and Gas industry experience preferred.
- Logistics and Materials Management experience preferred.
- SAP or similar ERP system experience preferred.
- Proficient in oral and written communications.
- Self-starter with an eye for detail.
- Effective interpersonal skills required to interact with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and perform under pressure.
