Job Title:	Food Service Manager
Location:	Cheektowaga, NY
Shift:	Full Time- 35 hours
Requirements:	High School Diploma plus (2) yrs experience in food service Vocational training in food service or related field a plus Valid NYS drivers license & approved record
Duties:	Instructs and supervises food service employees in daily large-scale food production. must be experienced in kitchen management, food production record keeping and inventory management. Maintains a high standard of safety and sanitation that complies with HACCP principles and USDA guidelines. Responsible for service to more than one site.
