Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

• Preparing and updating administrative and operational documents and reports, such as commission schedules and contracting packets in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as other special projects as assigned
• Working with the public in a receptionist capacity and welcoming visitors and guests
• Data entry work
• Strong telephone skills
• Email communications
• Scheduling and setting up meetings, events and company lunches
• Internal and external customer service and administrative support
• Other duties as assigned by management
