Due to recent growth and on-going customer demands we have an opening for an Associate Marketing Consultant to join our Medicare Solutions Department.

Responsibilities:

• Outbound calling to recruit agents and promote carriers
• Outbound calling to follow-up on certifications, incomplete contracts and general questions
• Follow-up on CRM tasks assigned
• Refer agents to Internal Marketing Consultants based on additional information needed
• Arrange/coordinate attendance at meetings and webinars
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Licensed to sell life and health insurance upon hire preferred or must obtain license within 90 days of employment
• Ability to be organized and pay attention to detail while remaining flexible and responsive when faced with multiple urgent requests

• Ability to perform and act professionally in all situations
• High sense of urgency
• Highly effective verbal and written communication skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or a related field preferred
