We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals who share our commitment to excellence in customer service. Due to recent growth and on-going customer demands we have an opening for an Associate Marketing Consultant to join our Life department within the Financial Solutions Division.

Responsibilitiesfor this position include but are not limited to:

• Taking inbound calls from prospects and agents
• Handling requests for annuity life insurance quotes and illustrations
• Outbound calling to follow up with agents and their pending business
• Outbound calling to follow-up on incomplete contracts and general questions
• Follow-up on CRM tasks assigned
• Refer agents to Internal Marketing Consultants based on additional information needed
• Arrange/coordinate attendance at meetings and webinars
• Supporting the department with various reports
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Licensed to sell life and health insurance upon hire preferred or must obtain license within 90 days of employment
• Ability to be organized and pay attention to detail while remaining flexible and responsive when faced with multiple urgent requests

• Highly effective verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or a related field preferred
