IT Operations Manager

The IT Operations Manager is responsible for leading an IT team on mergers and acquisition implementations and supporting the internal operations. This manager will work closely with internal IT staff and acquisition IT staff for smooth integrations and ongoing support. The IT operations manager must have the ability to juggle multiple projects at one time and will be responsible for project managing systems operations across the internal teams.

Responsibilities:

• Work with internal teams to collect and document requirements and timelines
• Work with internal due diligence team on acquisitions through the phases of due diligence, integration and support
• Communicate with teams internally and externally on status, process and requirements needed for success
• Communicate regularly if budget and/or scope changes
• Work closely with the IT administration teams and support teams on all aspects
• Assist IT teams in identifying, tracking and resolving issues, incidents and requests
• Work collaboratively with the teams on enhancements, requirements, testing and design during system life cycles
• Must have knowledge in networking, system administration, security and support
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a computer-related field, MIS or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Services
• Strong verbal and written proficiencies of the English language are required
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Service oriented mindset
• High sense of ownership of problems and requests assigned
• Experience managing and resolving complex issues
