We are seeking a Retiree Concierge who will work independently with a focus on customer service and the retention of current clients. The Retiree Concierge will resolve customer inquiries, recommend solutions, guide clients to the resource or support they need and create sustainable plans for the retirees as well as onboard new clients to our services. You will need to be organized and an excellent communicator in order to build lasting relationship with the clients.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate client needs and formulate solutions for support
• Analyze renewal rates and recommend plan options to fit the clients’ needs
• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way via phone, email and chat
• Build lasting relationships with clients and other team members based on trust and reliability
• Make sales or recommendations for products or services that suit clients’ needs
• Update notes in the CRM
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Active health and life insurance licenses is preferred, or must obtain within 60 days of employment
• Medicare experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint and working with templates
• Associates Degree preferred; High School Diploma or GED required
• Proficient with CRM software, databases, scrips and tools efficiently
