We are seeking a Senior Care Team Advisor to liaise between Transition Retiree Benefit Group and our current and potential customers. This position will also work closely with the internal team to provide outstanding service to our customers by answering questions, educating, enrolling and supporting them throughout their transition onto Medicare.
Responsibilities:
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Respond efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued
- Engage in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry clients, as needed
- Build lasting relationships with clients and other team members based on trust and reliability
- Make sales or recommendations for products or services that suit clients’ needs
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Health and Life insurance license
- Medicare experience desired
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint and working with templates
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred; High School Diploma or GED required
- Account, marketing and/or sales experience preferred
- Proficient with CRM software, databases, and tools efficiently
