Albright College is seeking applications for Enrollment Operations Support I. This position is responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical functions as well as daily data entry, data processing and system support for the Admission Office and the Enrollment Management division. Under supervisory direction, handle high volume of data entry with speed and accuracy, ensure data integrity, organize the dissemination of admission decisions and solve day-to-day problems based upon established departmental guidelines. This position requires tact and diplomacy in dealing with admission records, confidential information, other departments and external contacts.  Candidate must demonstrate a commitment to enhancing equity and inclusion within the team and across a culturally diverse campus while celebrating people of all statuses and identities.

 

Essential Job Functions:

  1. Process a high volume of data entry/scanning and importing data and documents on the student information system of private student information with speed and accuracy in a timely manner in accordance with current procedures. 
    1. Enter alphabetic, numeric, or symbolic data from source documents into computer following format displayed on screen, and enters necessary codes.
    2. Run daily clean-up queries and update data when necessary.
  2. Confirm accuracy of data entered, ensuring data integrity. Locate and correct data entry errors, or report them to supervisor.
  3. Track receipt of data and source documents from all stages of the college admission process.
  4. Upload and justify materials from third party vendors
  5. Responsible for duplicate record resolution in CRM
  6. Assist with printing, compiling, sorting, scanning and processing of daily Admission/Enrollment Office communications.
  7. Assemble acceptance packets.
  8. Assist with the processing of mail and application materials.
  9. Assist with creation and updating of various Admission/Enrollment queries and forms.
  10. Maintains confidential information. Import data from third party vendors and maintain the Source Formats in Slate (CRM)
  11. Participate actively as a member of the Admission /Enrollment team, contributing ideas and recommendations for improving processes.
  12. Assist with creation and editing of operating procedures and work instructions.
  13. Provide support for special projects and other related duties as assigned.
  14. Support and/or act as backup for Enrollment Operations Support II (EOSII)

 

Qualifications/Prerequisites:

  1. COMMUNICATION
    1. Ability to demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy. 
    2. Work unsupervised and follow clear and concise directions as wells as demonstrate problem-solving and analytical skills.
  2. SKILLS

    2. Excellent typing/data entry skills.  
    3. Strong/proficient computer skills including Word, Excel, Access and Outlook.
    4. Knowledge of record management procedures.
    5. Ability to work independently and as a team player.

    7. Carry out multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
    8. Skill in planning, organization, and time management.
    9. Must be dependable with the ability to adapt to changes in process and procedures.
  3. EMPLOYMENT EXPERIENCE
    1. 2 to 3 years of directly related experience including database and CRM systems. 
    2. Experience in admission operations a plus.
  4. EDUCATION
    1. High school diploma or equivalent plus completion of specialized courses related to his/her position classification.
  5. LICENSES
    1. N/A
