An excellent career opportunity is currently available for an International Compensation Analyst reporting to Aires Pittsburgh, PA office.



Position Responsibilities:

  • Solid knowledge of calculating tax cost estimates with compensation software to analyze the total potential cost of an international assignment, including compensation, physical relocation and home/host country tax costs.
  • Able to think analytically with regards to extension cost estimates that require updates with actuals as initiated by the client.
  • Reconciles worldwide compensation and collects data and reports to global locations.
  • Helps ensure tax compliance by working with tax providers and providing coordinated service to clients.
  • Coordinates with third-party vendors on the client's behalf for the calculation of expatriate cost of living allowances.
  • Calculates expatriate allowances and deductions as per client's policy guidelines and third-party recommendations.
  • Creates and updates Compensation Balance Sheets as per the client's policy guidelines.
  • Instructs and reconciles client's global and domestic payroll in regards to the international assignment.
  • Manages client Shadow Payroll in compliance with global statutory requirements.
  • Collects, reconciles and reports global compensation data in support of the client's year-end process.
  • Maintains required billings for assigned clients.



Required Qualifications:

  • Associates or Bachelors degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field of preferred.  Will also consider High School Diploma combined with years of industry experience.
  • Minimum 4 years related experience, with a background in global mobility compensation and a demonstrated knowledge of global tax
  • Public accounting experience highly preferred
  • Equus AssignmentPro compensation and cost estimate experience preferred
  • Ability to learn client accrual reporting requirements using excel and Aires technology tools
