`Who we are looking for:

The Lead Business Analyst is responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex system issues, identifying potential automated business solutions, and ensuring the integrity of ACV Capital’s financial data. This role works closely with various departments including Accounting, Business, Product & Tech, and will be instrumental in managing projects, handling large datasets, and driving process efficiencies. Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and experience with BigQuery and Netsuite are essential for this role.

 

What you will do:

  • Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
  • Troubleshoot and correct system issues, escalate critical issues to appropriate business and tech partners
  • Identify and recommend potential automated business solutions and prioritize enhancements
  • Independently prepare daily reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Stay abreast of system product releases, assessing risk and escalating appropriately
  • Partner with accounting, business, and product & tech to assure the integrity of financial data and related integrations, including the documentation of appropriate quality testing, security, and control measures
  • Create dashboards using Tableau
  • Work with large datasets in BigQuery
  • Write complex SQL queries
  • Demonstrate accountability with project timelines and manage project expectations by clearly documenting risks, and communicating delays as urgently reasonable
  • Delivers projects and outcomes based on the prioritization determined by key leaders
  • Take charge in change management and system configurations related to the loan management system
  • Manage incidents and responses related to the loan management system
  • Analyze Netsuite data to drive process efficiencies and manage productivity

 

What you will need:

  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
  • 3+ years’ experience in banking, lending, financial services, or auto industry
  • MS in a STEM or Business discipline such statistics, computer science, data science, mathematics, accounting, finance, or informatics
  • Proficiency in working with relational databases
  • Strong visualization and dashboarding skills - Tableau experience is preferred
  • 3+ years’ experience with SQL
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • 3+ years’ experience supporting Business Operations, Accounting, or Product Enablement.
  • Ability to work in excel proficiently
  • Ability to document requirements and business processes
