Mat Builder (Jones Lumber - Natchez)

Jones Lumber Company is currently seeking qualified and experienced Mat Builders to join their Natchez Industrial sawmill operations team.

The Mat Builder Position will have several responsibilities on location.  They should take full ownership of his position.

General Responsibilities

• Ability to build mats to given specs
• Excellent communication with Foreman
• Follow instructions of Foreman
• Clean up daily on and around Mat Shed and work area
• Any other job asked by management to help mat or mill production

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach with body, arms, and/or legs

• Ability to stand for an extended period of time
