ATM Technician (Oahu)
Position Summary
The ATM Technician is
responsible for first line maintenance functions and cash replenishment of ATM
machines and transporting of cash and other liabilities under strict security
protocols.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for knowing and complying with all Company procedures,
especially those intended to limit liability and to protect the assets of the
company.Performs first line maintenance and service of ATM machines as required
and scheduled, including special situations and malfunctions.Performs replenishment and balancing duties of ATM machines.
Accurately monitors the daily issue of liability and completes required
paperwork and reports as directed.Adheres to dual control policies at all times.
Handles and maintains all company-issued equipment in compliance with Company
policies and procedures.Adheres to radio protocol and discipline.
Operates the Company vehicle following all traffic rules and
regulations.Performs thorough and accurate vehicle and equipment inspections both
prior to and immediately after use of a vehicle and ensures the completion of
the Driver Inspection Vehicle Report (DVIR) on a daily basis.Reports all problems, incidents, and accidents immediately to Dispatch,
Operations Manager and/or General Manager and completes any documentation as
required.Maintains a clean and safe work environment and works harmoniously with
team members.Understands and complies with the following policies and procedures as
described in new hire orientation, annual re-training programs, and any other
policies or procedures as identified and deemed necessary:

Complies with all Federal, State and local laws as applicable to the
scope of their duties and responsibilities.Maintains good personal hygiene and a professional appearance at all
times and while in uniform, ensures uniform is clean and wrinkle free.Performs all duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
21 years of age or older.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Possess a valid Hawaii State driver’s license (or able to
certify that one can be obtained within 3 months) and an acceptable traffic
abstract.U.S. citizen (required to meet City and/or County firearms
licensing requirements).Able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
Basic math skills to accurately perform the required
balancing or reconciliation tasks required of the position.
Other
Qualifications
Must be able to pass a drug test and criminal and credit
background check.Must be able to obtain and maintain a Hawaii Guard Card.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a license to carry a
firearm.Must be able to obtain and maintain additional security access
cards (e.g., RapidGate, TWIC, etc.) as needed.
Experience
Cash handling, customer service and/or delivery experience
preferred.Military experience a plus.
Work Hours
Hours are varied and work schedule requires flexibility for
weekends and holidays.
