We have an incredible opportunity for a dynamic, high energy and passionate Cook in Miami, FL (10min drive from MIA Airport).

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook items according to specification/recipe. 
• Ensure that all dishes served meet the DO&CO standard
• Act as a role model while taking part in service – preparing, and cooking dishes
• Monitor wastage and complete assigned tasks on multiple station within the given time in order to meet strict deadlines. 
• Always keep immediate work area clean and perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor 
• Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the food safety management system handbook.  
• Report problems with the food safety management system to their manager and the hygiene and food safety team 

Qualifications:

• A fulltime Cook who is energetic, hard-working, organized, and familiar with working in fast-paced environments. 
• Minimum of 2 year of experience in kitchen preferably with large production volume 
• Knowledge of ingredients, measuring techniques, mixing methods, kitchen equipment, and cook times. 
• Certificate in culinary arts, or relevant field is desirable
• Must have flexibility to work various shifts according to business needs
