Formula 1 racing is coming to Miami and DO & CO are excited to be there in full force to create an incredible experience for all our VIP guests.

A day as our Production Line Cook:

- Supporting the Production Head Chefs during the event preparation process

- High volume cooking in the hot and cold section of the production kitchen

- Prep kitchen duties before the event and line cook duties in the production kitchen during the event

- Using the best quality ingredients to help produce our fresh and high-quality food

- Preparing mis en place for the next day of production

- Ensuring the kitchen is kept to a high standard of hygiene

What’s essential for us?

- Must be fully available to work Tuesday April 30^th, 2024 through Sunday May 5^th, 2024

- Team player! You won’t be able to achieve success without this!

- A passion to learn more – we’re passionate about training so we want you to be too!

- Basic level of knife skills required

- Exceptional communication skills – a kitchen can’t survive without this!

-Comfortable working in a high volume, fast paced environment! It gets busy, but you can learn so much!

- Strong work ethic
