Responsibilities:

  • Receive, store, and assemble equipment and supplies in accordance with airline specifications.  
  • Ensure accurate packing of the exact number of equipment and beverage items for each flight.  
  • Take the lead in managing the daily flow of equipment among department associates, controlling stock, and maintaining an updated backup storage system. 
  • Document all received stocks and replenishments meticulously, conducting necessary inventories in the assigned area.  
  • Thoroughly inspect chinaware, silverware, plastic ware, and daily equipment to verify each flight's readiness before trolleys are sealed. 
  • Generate accurate paperwork for equipment and beverage packing, adhering to company guidelines.  
  • Achieve goals and objectives while upholding Food Safety regulations and complying with hygiene regulations outlined in the food safety management system handbook. 
  • Promptly report any issues with the food safety management system to the manager and the hygiene and food safety team.  
  • Monitor the work performance of equipment packers, reporting deficiencies, challenges, or poor performance to supervisors. 
  • Fulfill other duties and responsibilities assigned by management, maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.  
  • Ensure proper separation, organization, and rotation of products, following all company guidelines related to packaging. 

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Initiative-driven and adept at self-organization.  
  • Effective management of significant workloads.  
  • Proficient in both independent work and collaborative team environments. 
  • Demonstrated capability to accomplish assigned tasks promptly, meeting stringent deadlines.  
  • Adaptability to various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Preferably possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.  
  • Minimum of one year of logistics/warehousing experience in a comparable work setting.
