Ramp Safety Supervisor

We have an incredible opportunity for a dynamic, inspirational leader to join our team as a Ramp Safety Supervisor within our New York unit.

Responsibilities: 

• Plan, forecast, schedule, and communicate transportation activities with dispatch between main production site, logistics unit and JFK Airport and ensure on time delivery of high-quality products, goods, and services.
• Plan, forecast, schedule, and communicate transportation activities.
• Train, supervise and motivate team members and answer their questions and concerns, manage their time schedule.
• Ensure smooth and efficient operations, supply chain management.
• Train employees on ramp safety SOPs as well as motivate the team members and supervise them.
• Communicate equipment orders to employees, vendors, and customers.
• Assist Ramp Safety Manager and perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Estimated salary range: $60,000 - $65,000.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in related field/Preferably as Ramp Safety Officer/Leader.
• Proficient computer skills (Particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• High School diploma or equivalent.
