Responsibilities:

 

  • Receive, store, and assemble equipment and supplies according to airline specifications.
  • Ensure the exact amount of equipment and beverage is always accurately packed and ready for each flight.
  • Ensure all stocks received and replenishments are documented properly.
  • Conduct inventory of assigned area as needed.
  • Inspect all chinaware, silverware, plasticware and all equipment used daily and verify each flight before trolleys are sealed.
  • Comply with hygiene, quality, and safety standards always.
  • Prepare correct paperwork for the Equipment and Beverage packing according to company guidelines.
  • Accomplish goals and objectives while adhering to food safety regulations. Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the food safety management system handbook.
  • Report problems with the food safety management system to their manager and the hygiene and food safety team. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Proactive and self-organized.
  • Ability to manage through a substantial workload.
  • Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Ability to complete assigned tasks within the given time to meet strict deadlines.
  • Flexibility (different shifts –days, nights, weekends, holidays).
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 months of logistics/warehouse experience in a similar work environment preferred.
