Potwasher

We have an incredible opportunity for a dynamic, and hardworking member in our New York unit as a Potwasher.

Responsibilities: 

• Operates large electric machines such as dishwashers, sanitizers, trash compactors, and glass crushers.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and all other food prep surfaces as assigned. 
• Segregates and removes trash and garbage and places it in designated containers.
• Steam cleans or hoses out garbage cans in appropriate and assigned areas. 
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas observing all safe lifting standards. 
• Assist with loading or unloading and delivering supplies and products. 
• Comply with all outlined sanitation and safety requirements.

Qualifications:

• Energetic, hard-working, organized, and familiar with working in fast-paced environments. 
• You have a hands-on mindset and experience in working in similar high-volume restaurants. 
• Must have open availability to work various shifts according to business needs.
