Job Summary


The Revenue Cycle Manager is responsible for the successful management, administration, and supervision of all functions related to insurance billing and collections performed including but not limited to posting charges and payments, resolving denials and rejections, collections, and payment adjustmentsThe Revenue Cycle Manager will be responsible for managing inventory and staff to ensure all outstanding balances are resolved in a timely manner.  The Revenue Cycle Manager will create and review monthly reports, analyze outcomes, identify trends, and ensure timely and proactive communication to leadershipThe Revenue Cycle Manager will be responsible for coordinating with health plans to resolve incorrect payments and denialsThe Revenue Cycle Manager originates, implements, and leads billing office objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, customer service focused, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.
 

This role requires an individual with strong analytical and problem-solving and metadata skillsThe ideal candidate will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail, and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.  

 

 

Skills/Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field requiredMasters Degree preferred. 
  • 3-4 years leadership and/or supervisory experience. 
  • 5-10 years related experience specific to behavioral health operations.
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
