Creative Operations Project Manager
The Creative Operations / Project Manager will partner closely with the creative and marketing team to establish processes, build workflows, create project order, and drive efficiency. In addition, the Creative Operations Manager will own project operations for our in-house agency team – building new structures from the ground up. This role reports to the Global Creative Director.
Creative Operations and Project Management are critical requirements for delivering high-quality, high-craft, and high-impact work for Aquent and its family of brands.
The Creative Operations Manager will be responsible for leading and developing workflows and processes for branding, website (in partnership with WebDev Manager), content production, and integrated campaign work – managing and optimizing our project management tool (Monday.com) – coordination and scheduling – and establishing communication and asset sharing/archiving best practices. This role will also project manage exciting strategic initiatives throughout the year, including branding efforts, websites, and multi-channel, content-driven campaigns. The Creative Operations Manager role will span across the Aquent, Vitamin T, Aquent Studios brands, and more—and comes at a time of exciting transformational change at the organization.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES
- Own creative operations and set a new precedent for project organization, management, and efficiency across brands – helping creative ideas, craft, and execution rise higher.
- Partner with creative and marketing to establish workflows and processes for digital branding, website (in partnership with WebDev manager), content production, and integrated campaign work.
- Implement and optimize a project management tool as the go-to team hub.
- Establish communication, documentation, and asset sharing/archiving best practices to facilitate team coordination and shared understanding.
- Lead the team through project planning, execution, and delivery – scoping projects, establishing activities, identifying/managing dependencies, aligning resources, creating timelines and deliverables, removing blockers, and tracking progress – enabling the team to deliver successfully.
- Drive project documentation, ensure clear team communication in Slack and email, and help maintain order in the project management tool.

JOB REQUIREMENTS / EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, TECHNOLOGIES
- You have 8+ years of experience in creative operations and project management – this experience can be agency-based, in-house, or both.
- You have expert knowledge of customer experience and digital channels, the practice of modern marketing, and the craft of website design and development today.
- You have experience developing workflows and processes for marketing, branding, website, content production, and integrated campaign work.
- You have led and managed complex projects, including branding, website design and development, and multi-channel, content-driven campaigns – and you know what it takes to do this work and deliver high-quality results on time.
- You have a strong ability to drive change and adoption while promoting new ways of working together – balanced by flexibility and empathy.
- You have experience working with lean, cross-discipline teams (marketing, creative, technology) that use a mix of staff and freelance resources.
- You have experience effectively managing projects when the team is remote/distributed.
- You have experience with digital applications like project management tools (e.g., Monday.com), team communication tools (e.g., Slack), and asset management tools (e.g., Google Workspace).
