The VMS Data Integrity Specialist is responsible for executing Aquent’s organization-wide approach to VMS order vetting, order entry, and subsequent job postings for their assigned portion of the business. This specialist will be responsible for regular auditing of VMS orders against our internal database for the lifecycle of the filled order, as well as regular auditing of VMS timecards for client approvals. The VMS Data Integrity Specialist will be agile, quick to respond to support needs, have a strong attention to detail, and be curious about the data with which they are working. Additionally, this resource will support various client support needs. This role has a schedule of Monday - Friday from 9:00am - 6:00pm PST.


Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


VMS Data Integrity Specialist

  • Responsible for quickly vetting requisitions released from the VMS using a prescribed decision tree and entering qualified orders into Aquent’s database in a timely manner
  • Scrub qualified orders of all client-specific information, format for easy candidate review, and post through Aquent’s website
  • Decline unqualified requisitions
  • Thoroughly understand the order creation process in Cloudwall, including associated actions including, but not limited to, client creation, contact creation, and client market creation
  • Understand and document all order-entry processes and expectations for assigned clients, cross train team members to ensure seamless coverage as needed
  • Perform regular audits of the order life cycle to ensure appropriate updates are made to orders in Cloudwall, including but not limited to rate, discount, and tenure changes
  • Ensure VMS timecards are approved for timely payment, and escalate unapproved timecards
  • Analyze data, highlight trends, and make recommendations for delivery improvements

Experience:

  • Staffing industry experience preferred
  • VMS experience preferred
  • Must have an aptitude for learning new technology
  • Intermediate Excel and/or Google Sheet capabilities


Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of working on a computer for up to 8 hours per day
