VMS Data Integrity Manager

The manager of the VMS Data Integrity team is responsible for designing and implementing our organization-wide approach to VMS order vetting, order entry, and subsequent job postings. This team will be responsible for regular auditing of VMS orders against our internal database for the lifecycle of the filled order, as well as regular auditing of VMS timecards for client approvals. The VMS Data Integrity Manager is responsible for building strong relationships with key HQ and field stakeholders with the purpose of leading their team to anticipate and respond to fluctuating business needs with an eye for automation and increased efficiency opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong aptitude for data analysis and regularly make data-based process improvement recommendations to EO, TO and GBS leaders.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

VMS Data Integrity Management

  • Partner with stakeholders to create and implement an organization-wide approach to VMS order entry

  • Create a framework for the team that ensures timely and accurate order entry, order routing, and job postings across clients and timezones; regularly audit to ensure team success in these areas

  • Influence stakeholders to adopt streamlined processes that support nuanced client needs

  • Document all processes and expectations for the team, cross train team members to ensure seamless coverage as needed

  • Perform regular audits of the order life cycle to ensure appropriate updates are made to orders in Cloudwall, including but not limited to rate, discount, and tenure changes

  • Ensure VMS timecards are approved for timely payment, and escalate unapproved timecards

  • Lead the team to respond with agility and accuracy to other support requests as needed

  • Partner with other GBS teams to adopt automation wherever possible

  • Analyze data, highlight trends, and make recommendations for delivery improvements

General Management

  • Play an active role within the GBS leadership team in creating, embracing and influencing the GBS team and the VMS Data Integrity team to achieve strategic priorities

  • Interpret company-wide and GBS strategic initiatives with any eye toward VMS data integrity; present a plan for the team and execute

  • Improve efficiencies and implement process improvements in all areas of support

  • Create goals that are transparent, attainable and in alignment with strategic initiatives, communicating and documenting with each team member

  • Conduct weekly meetings with each member of the team to review goals, immediately and pragmatically address performance concerns, emerging issues and overall progress and accountability

  • Hold team meetings to ensure all members of the team are aligned and positioned to meet goals and contribute to company initiatives

  • Write detailed and specific performance reviews, including previous goal review and goal setting

  • Must have staffing industry and/or operations experience

  • Minimum 3-5 years working in an operations or support environment with people management experience preferred

  • Strong track record of building collaborative, cross-department teams and relationships that achieve organizational goals

  • Strong preference for candidates with VMS and data analytics experience

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of working on a computer for up to 8 hours per day
