Development Facilitator, Learning and Development

As a thought leader in our industry and a technology-driven organization, Aquent always looks to push the envelope. We are currently looking for a sharp Learning and Development Facilitator to join our team!

This Learning & Development Facilitator will be a key factor in driving company success by developing and advancing the skills and competencies of employees through improving individuals’ performance and contribution to business results. They are responsible for leading innovative learning experiences in virtual and classroom formats. Please note: this position requires experience with facilitation within learning and development; candidates with this expertise will be prioritized. 

Ways you’ll continuously add value:

  • Drive and manage the New Hire Onboarding Journey

  • Proactively research and look for ways to improve the new hire learning experience

  • Facilitate effective learning experiences for all levels of the career lifecycle 

  • Operate as a strategic partner, taking a consultative approach, and building relationships with business leaders and other internal stakeholders and partners  

  • Diagnose, design, and deliver high-impact, scalable learning solutions utilizing needs analysis and instructional design skills

  • Skilled in root-cause problem solving and diagnosing key needs as well as designing, delivering, and measuring impactful and creative solutions

  • Working knowledge and real-world application of adult learning theory and principles

  • Serve as a thought leader in the employee development space by embracing continuous learning and staying up to date with the latest research and trends

  • Adaptive and flexible to work in a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) environment

  • Remain focused on ROI while mindful of the company’s preference for speed and just-in-time learning

  • Digitally savvy and experience leveraging technology to create efficiency

  • Maintaining an ongoing dialogue with the People Org, HR Business Partners, and business leaders to maintain a constantly evolving priority list

The ideal contender will

  • offer 5+ years experience in an L&D role with an emphasis on facilitation

  • have exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills

  • be able to thrive in a remote-first work environment

  • provide samples of work that demonstrate the ability to design and develop content AND demonstrate content design and facilitation in a simulated virtual session as part of the interview process (show us what you can do!) 

  • be flexible with working hours to support team coverage, global offices
