Product Manager III - Consumer Integrations / Affinity Programs

Wo we are looking for:
We’re creating a new team to support affinity programs - a new business line that ACV will be growing in the coming years. This role requires Product, Data, Operations, and People skills. You should be able to translate and drive alignment between external customers, Machine Learning engineers, Sales leaders, Operations staff, Product Designers, etc. This role requires strong communication, collaboration, organization, and vision. We’re looking for someone who can take ambiguity and create structure. Someone who can take a blank piece of paper and turn it into a compelling product vision.
What you will do:
- Collect & analyze data & customer feedback
- Perform competitive analysis
- Meet with external customers
- Develop a product vision
- Drive alignment & excitement behind your vision
- Prioritize a compelling roadmap
- Develop business requirements
- Create functional user stories and acceptance criteria
- Work with design, analytics, and engineering to prepare initiatives
- Lead in the execution & delivery of features & products
- Create plans to operationalize your product
What you should have:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Data, Engineering, Operations, or Account Management
- 2+ years of experience in Product Management
- Bachelor’s or Master’s; related field
